If you think your order is delayed, please email me and include your order number, address and date of purchase. If it has been 10 days since the order was supposed to arrive then I can contact the delivery company to see if the order is delayed or lost. I will only be able to send out a new order to you if the delivery company refund me. Once I have posted the item, I do not have any control over the parcel.
