Do you take commissions?

Yes. I accept commissions when it comes to my artwork and graphic design. If you wish for me to design something, contact me with your query and we will get back to you ASAP to arrange details.

Question 3

My order hasn't arrived, what should I do?

Accepted Answer

If you think your order is delayed, please email me and include your order number, address and date of purchase. If it has been 10 days since the order was supposed to arrive then I can contact the delivery company to see if the order is delayed or lost. I will only be able to send out a new order to you if the delivery company refund me. Once I have posted the item, I do not have any control over the parcel.

I send all orders out on a Thursday so please contact me before this. If you haven't contacted me before this time I will be unable to change this. Please make sure to double check your address and personal details when placing an order.
